The USCIS has updated their filing fee instructions for certain applications where multiple fees are required. The USCIS now requires to pay each filing fee separately. USCIS is transitioning to electronically processing immigration benefit requests, which requires them to use multiple systems to process the package. Because of this, you must pay each filing fee separately for any form you submit. Failure to do so result in USCIS rejecting your entire package if you submit a single, combined payment for multiple forms.

FFA has made this change in our applications filed with USCIS and ensures that our applications are properly filed with the corresponding fee instructions.
