Yari Gutierrez

Bio

Yari Gutierrez has been working in immigration law since 2014. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she worked as a paralegal in both family-based and asylum-based immigration law firms. She also completed a six-month internship in Washington D.C. with the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Immigration Policy division. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a focus in International Relations from the University of California, Berkeley in December of 2018.

After graduating, she pursued a career in employment-based immigration. Prior to joining the Finnan, Fleischut and Associates team, she gained an abundance of experience in employment-based immigration at two fast-paced, high-pressure immigration law firms where she specialized in immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions.

In her spare time, she enjoys being a dog mom, traveling around the world, watching scary movies, trying global cuisines, and working out.
