Sejal Parikh

Bio

Ms. Parikh’s experience in business immigration includes representing employers of all sizes in various industry verticals, from Fortune 500 multinational corporations to emerging growth companies, startups, and large consulting companies. She provides expertise across a wide range of employment-based cases, focusing on both nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions. She has experience with a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, J-1 waiver, I-9 audits, PERM, and immigrant petitions. In addition, she is also an expert in family-based immigration cases (adjustment of status, NVC consular processing, K-1 petitions, unlawful presence waiver), B-2 extensions, F-1 reinstatements, collateral immigration consequences letters, and citizenship / naturalization.

Prior to joining FFA, Ms. Parikh has worked for two of the largest global immigration law firms in their San Francisco Bay Area offices. Ms. Parikh earned her Master of Law from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. She is licensed to practice in New York and her practice is limited to Federal Immigration law. She is also admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales and is a licensed member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra, India. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ms. Parikh is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi. She enjoys hiking and strength training.
