Sadaf Aghajani

Bio

Sadaf holds an LLM in International Legal Studies from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Azad University in Iran. With over five years of experience in the business immigration law field, she has developed strong expertise in both non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, TN, and E-3 petitions, as well as employment-based immigrant filings.

She enjoys helping clients understand the immigration process and feel supported throughout it.

Outside of her professional life, Sadaf enjoys baking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
