Quratulann “Cori” Farooqi

Bio

Coming from a diverse family of immigrants, Ms. Farooqi felt practicing immigration law was a natural fit for her. Ms. Farooqi started her career in immigration law in 2014 and has represented corporate and individual clients on a wide range of immigration matters, including, but not limited to, H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1, family-based petitions, fiancé visas, and naturalization.

Ms. Farooqi feels deeply rewarded when helping people navigate the complicated U.S. immigration system. Prior to joining Naya Immigration, Ms. Farooqi worked at a boutique law firm focusing on family immigration and corporate immigration for startups and a nonprofit assisting survivors of trauma with their immigration matters. Ms. Farooqi gained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and her Juris Doctor Degree at Santa Clara University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in California and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

When she is not working, Ms. Farooqi spends as much quality time as she can with her family and friends.
