Johan Hintsa

Bio

Since 2017, Johan Hintsa has been actively engaged in the world of immigration law under the steadfast mentorship of Ms. Shama Merchant. As a paralegal, he has had the opportunity to assist in the preparation and filing of all manner of employment-based petitions. This includes extensive work with H-1B, I-140, and AOS, among others. Mr. Hintsa has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Jose State University. He also earned an American Bar Association approved Paralegal Certificate and an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from De Anza College. In his spare time, he enjoys studying German, re-watching Fanny and Alexander, and playing quick games of basketball.
