Bio

Jessica Garza started her career in the business immigration field in 2011 and quickly became passionate about helping others with their immigration needs. Having earned two associate’s degrees (one in Business Administration and the other in Paralegal Studies), she then graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s in Justice Studies in 2016. She also graduated from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco with a Master of Studies in Law in December 2022. Jessica has balanced work and studies throughout her career, and she is proud to be a first-generation college graduate.

Jessica has worked with attorneys at Fortune 500 companies, mid-size companies, and small start-ups to solve immigration issues for employees in various fields, such as engineering, telecommunications, healthcare, aviation, and insurance. She has successfully implemented and managed business immigration programs, meeting deadlines and clearly explaining rules and processes. She knows how to meet her client’s needs, whether they are quickly growing, moving headquarters, downsizing, or just looking to improve how they do business. As immigration policies constantly change, Jessica remains the bridge between the attorneys and clients.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling to the coast, baking cookies and cupcakes, spending time with family, and taking care of her two dogs, Mocha and Mickey Mouse.
